Hello community, it is the middle of April and all is well with this class. We have learned more about being polite, how to manage our days when they bring us joy and even when they don't. Our learning this month is how to manage problems from little to big. For fun learning, we learned about the military vehicles, the patches the soldiers wear, what they stand for, and how they earn their stripes and pin. Sometimes the world brings us hard issues and this class has learned ways to manage these issues by the use of the ABC method of self regulation. This is how we are learning to practice cool headed thinking. A for Always Stop, B for Be Mindful, C for Carefully Think. And it never hurts to say "I am sorry!" For "Positive Life Changes" that's it folks...stay calm and look for the positives in life. Thank you for taking the time to read about how well our kids are doing.
