As September ends and the weather is starting to cool down, we are starting to settle in at school. We are getting settled in our schedule, working through the reading curriculum and I- Ready. We are started learning about the Wild West and then moved on the Great Depression in Social Studies. The students seem very interested in learning about things past. I was able to get a classroom pet this year, which the student are enjoying to say hello too and helping with certain precautions to feed and take care of. His name "Hermie" the Hermit crab. I hope everyone has a wonderful month and can't wait to share more. I will share picture of our pet below. :-)
