Hello All,
As fall continues, it is starting to get spookier around the TLC. The staff and students have been working on pumpkin projects and getting ready for Halloween at the TLC. We are well into the curriculum with Reading, Spelling, and Writing, and the students are working hard! We have been learning about Great Unsolved Mysteries in Social Studies, which the students have enjoyed reading and studying about. My co-teacher and I have been experimenting with some themed STEM project with the students and will continue to have to some fun switching up things with these projects. With the cooler weather the kids have enjoyed playing outside for Recess and PE, but the YMCA is still one of the favorite places to go. We are planning a trip to the Pumpkin Patch next week and planning to have some Halloween festivities.
